Event Sales Manager

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners.
Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold-calling, and other sales tactics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional campaigns and materials.
Conduct thorough client needs assessments and provide customized event solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and event orders.
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process.
Monitor and analyze event sales data to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Train and mentor other team members on effective event sales techniques.
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure smooth event execution and accurate billing.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's event services.
Uphold company standards and policies, including ethical sales practices and maintaining a positive company image.
