We’re looking for a highly motivated Event Sales Manager to drive venue bookings, build relationships with clients, and position Milea as one of the premier event destinations in the region. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and bookings in our CRM. • Represent Milea Estate Vineyard at wedding expos, networking events, and industry gatherings. Qualifications • Proven experience in event sales, wedding venue sales, or hospitality sales (2+ years preferred). Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 • Commission: 5% per booked event
