In The Mix Events is looking for a full-time Office & Pesonal Assitant that does some Sales, to help grow our event business through networking, client meetings, and relationship-based sales. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and experience in the events, AV, wedding, or entertainment industry. Generate new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and relationship-buildingRepresent In The Mix Events at networking events, industry events, and client meetingsMeet with prospective clients to learn about their event needs, goals, and budgetRecommend services and packages based on the client’s event visionUse AI and related software to improve service and efficiencyFollow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional mannerManage the sales process from initial contact through bookingPrepare proposals, quotes, and other sales-related materialsMaintain organized records of leads, conversations, and next stepsBuild trust with event professionals and potential clients and provide excellent customer serviceWork closely with leadership to support business growth and improve sales efficiencyQualifications Previous sales experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable networking and meeting with clients in personProfessional, polished, and friendly demeanorStrong organizational and follow-up skillsStrong understanding of CRM and Google Suite softwareSelf-motivated and proactiveAbility to work full-time in person in Oxnard, CAExperience in the events, AV, wedding, hospitality, or entertainment industry strongly preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportationSchedule Are you willing to work during the weekends when needed?Work Location: In person
