Event Sales & Planning Coordinator - $19 to $26 per HOUR

Underlying the role is a strong emphasis on client satisfaction, as the Event Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that each event reflects the client’s unique vision and is executed flawlessly from setup to breakdown. • High school diploma or equivalent • 3-5 years of experience in catering, conference services, hotel sales or entertainment • excellent communication skills • strong time management skills • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings • proficiency with event management software preferred • ability to lift up to 30 pounds • willingness to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment • bilingual Spanish preferred
