The Event Sales & Services Manager is responsible for generating direct sales of event and catering only opportunities, coordination and facilitation of all groups and events at the Hotel, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish while supporting the sales team in generating revenue and business growth for the Hotel. • Upselling & Client Communication : Present clients with potential upgrade opportunities maximizing revenue opportunities for the Hotel collect necessary agreements and deposits, and consistently communicate on group arrangements. Qualifications, Perks & Company Information • Best candidate will offer 2 years of sales and servicing banquets/events in a hotel, event center or similar type of venue • Knowledge of event planning, food and beverage operations and service standards • Proficiency in event management software and CRM tools • Strong customer service skills, computer skills, and organizational skills are critical to the success of this position.
