Responsibilities: • Provide world-class service to clients and guests at events • Supervise and support the front-of-house and bar staff during events • Manage event setup, service flow, and breakdown to ensure flawless execution • Recruit, train, and schedule servers and bartenders • Conduct administrative duties such as staff schedules, product ordering, prep lists and execution plans • Conduct operational duties such as warehouse and inventory management, cleaning and organization • Collaborate with the sales and culinary teams to ensure seamless coordination • Uphold company service standards and core values • Drive company vehicles • Report directly to the CEO
