Position Summary:
As an Event Services Concierge, you will play a crucial role in delivering memorable experiences for our guests. You will:
Meet with group coordinators and hosts before events to ensure all arrangements are satisfactory.Review banquet event orders to gather essential information for set-up, timelines, and specific guest needs.Respond to and proactively fulfill special requests for banquet events.Follow up to ensure all arrangements are adhered to and completed to guests' satisfaction.You will also be responsible for:
Following all company safety and security policies and procedures.Reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions to management.Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, while ensuring confidentiality of all sensitive information.Welcoming guests with genuine appreciation and understanding their service needs.Developing positive working relationships with colleagues to meet common goals.Requirements:
