Job Title: Hotel Event Services Manager

Job Summary

The Hotel Event Services Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all hotel events, including meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and social functions. This role ensures seamless event execution by acting as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments, delivering exceptional service while maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for clients from event confirmation through completionPlan and coordinate logistics for hotel events, meetings, and banquetsPrepare and distribute accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)Coordinate with Sales, Food & Beverage, Culinary, AV, Housekeeping, and Engineering teamsOversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure standards are metConduct pre-event meetings and post-event reviewsManage event staffing and scheduling in coordination with department headsHandle on-site client requests and resolve issues promptlyEnsure compliance with safety, health, and hotel policiesMonitor event revenue, costs, and profitability

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferredMinimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel event services, banquet operations, or hospitality managementStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication, leadership, and customer service skillsHigh attention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency in hotel PMS, sales, and event management systemsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
