We are looking to add an experienced, motivated event manager to our Constellation team at Carnegie Hall in NY. The Event Manager will have a support team reporting directly to them to assist in coordination of +200 events over the full year generating +4 million in revenue. • Lead team to execute events that exceed the expectations of our client • Support the overall needs of the Operation • Meets with the Sales Team weekly to gather details for contracted events • Meets with the Operations Team weekly to assign tasks for upcoming events • Ensure Equipment rental order is submitted to rental company for a function 1 month prior to event date or within (2) business days if an event was booked within the one-month window • Confirm Equipment Rental company delivery and pick-up timing is aligned with Carnegie Hall’s “Freight Service Elevator” schedule and is aligned with the needs of event • Ensure Staffing Requisitions are submitted to Booking Manager for a function 1 month prior to event date or within (2) business days if an event was booked within the one-month window • Confirm Event Staff report and out times meet the needs of the event • Oversee distribution of paperwork to Event leadership team 48 hours prior to event date.
