Event Services Manager

Averaging 350+ events per year, you will hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. You will work in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Streamline existing processes and procedures. Expand brand recognition and reputation of the McGavick Conference Center from Seattle to Olympia. Provide leadership and direction to the Event Services Team so they can perform at their highest potential. Develop collaborative relationships with college departments/programs to enhance the event management process for internal events booked in revenue generating spaces. Lead efforts to incorporate technology platforms/solutions into our booking and contracting process.
