This role ensures that all meeting rooms, banquet halls, and outdoor event areas are prepared according to the specifications of each event, providing a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests. Collaborate with event coordinators and other staff to meet the specific needs of each event. Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings.
