Job Summary
The Event Setup & Delivery Associate is responsible for preparing and delivering event equipment and furnishings to ensure seamless event execution. This role involves physical setup, transportation, and maintenance of event items such as tables and chairs, as well as client communication to coordinate delivery and pickup times. The associate will manage their designated area, handle special projects, and maintain cleanliness of equipment to uphold high standards of service and presentation.

Responsibilities

Drop off and pick up tables, chairs, and other event furnishings at designated locations.Clean and sanitize tables and chairs after events or prior to setup.Communicate effectively with clients to confirm delivery schedules and address any special requests or instructions.Manage your assigned area efficiently, ensuring timely setup and breakdown of event equipment.Assist with special projects related to event setup or logistics as needed.Maintain organization of equipment storage areas for easy access and inventory management.Ensure all items are transported safely and securely, adhering to safety guidelines.Skills

Strong communication skills for client interaction and coordination.Physical stamina and strength to handle lifting, moving, and setting up heavy equipment.Attention to detail in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment standards.Ability to manage time effectively to meet scheduled delivery and pickup deadlines.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or special project requirements.Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety and professionalism.Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
