### Responsibilities

* Assist with setting up tables, chairs, displays, signage, and event materials.
* Prepare event spaces according to established layouts and instructions.
* Organize and transport event supplies as needed.
* Assist with event breakdown and returning materials to designated areas.
* Help maintain clean, organized, and safe event spaces.
* Support event staff with last-minute setup needs and adjustments.
* Assist with welcoming guests and providing general directions when needed.
* Communicate event needs and updates to supervisors and team members.
* Follow established safety and event procedures.

### Qualifications

* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Comfortable performing hands-on and physical event tasks.
* Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move supplies as required.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
* Flexible and adaptable approach.
* Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
* Entry-level candidates are welcome; training provided.
