Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare promotional events, displays, and customer-focused activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and working with a team to create successful and well-organized events.

Responsibilities
----------------

* Help organize event equipment and materials before activities begin.
* Assist with loading, unloading, and moving event supplies safely.
* Maintain clean and organized event areas throughout activities.
* Help maintain attractive and organized product displays.
* Assist team members with customer-facing event activities.
* Welcome attendees and provide basic event assistance.
* Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after activities.
* Organize and store event materials following each event.
* Communicate setup or supply needs to appropriate team members.
* Support promotional and customer engagement activities when needed.
* Work collaboratively to ensure events are prepared and organized.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications
--------------

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Comfortable performing physical and hands-on tasks.
* Ability to lift, carry, and move event materials safely.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Comfortable working in an active event environment.
* Previous event, hospitality, retail, warehouse, setup, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
