EVENT SETUP ASSOCIATE

The Event Set-Up Associate at the Dayton Art Institute is responsible for the efficient setup and breakdown of event spaces for special events. The Event Set-Up Associate ensures that all setups meet the highest standards of presentation and functionality, contributing to the overall success and smooth execution of events. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepares event spaces according to specifications for special events, including weddings, corporate events, and museum signature events. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
