Hyatt Vacation Club®, a leader in the vacation ownership industry, is currently looking for a Field Event Setup & Maintenance Coordinator who will be in charge of setting up and breaking down events including but not limited to booths, tables, tents, and additional items/materials as well as providing general upkeep and maintenance. This will include frequent travel to different venues that host Sporting games, Concerts, Malls, Fairs, Markets, Trade Shows, and more before and/or after the events. • Follow the established contract review process to ensure that all vendors meet the risk management requirements. • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
