Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay: $16.50 per hour, plus a $250 season-completion bonus

Job type: Part-time, seasonal (through December 31, 2026)

About the role

Love building things and watching a space transform? PRI Productions is hiring a Seasonal Event Setup Crew to help bring some of Jacksonville's biggest holiday events to life.

You'll be part of the team that takes a venue from empty room to finished event. That means loading and unloading trucks, installing staging, tents and equipment, arranging furniture, and setting décor. Afterward, it means breaking it all down. It's hands-on, physical work with a real payoff: you'll see the finished result of what you built.

It's a great fit if you have a full-time job, a school schedule or flexible availability and want to earn extra holiday income.

What you'll do

- Load, unload and transport equipment, furnishings and décor

- Set up and break down staging, tents, tables, seating and décor

- Help with installation and production support at event venues

- Work as part of a crew to meet tight setup and breakdown deadlines

- Handle client property and equipment with care

What we're looking for

- Dependable people who show up for the shifts they accept

- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to [50] lbs, standing and carrying for extended periods

- Available for some evenings and weekends through December

- A team player who takes pride in doing the job right

- Event, theater, stage crew, moving, warehouse or hands-on creative experience is a plus but not required

Pay and perks

- $16.50 per hour

- $250 season-completion bonus for team members who work at least 15 shifts and stay through December 31 in good standing

- Flexible, event-based scheduling

- Work behind the scenes at Jacksonville's holiday events

Requirements

- Must be [18] or older

- Must pass a background check and drug screen

- Reliable transportation to the warehouse and event venues across the Jacksonville area

Reliability matters. When you accept a shift, your team is counting on you.
