Event Setup & Operations Attendant

The Event Setup & Operations Attendant supports the setup, breakdown, cleaning, and overall readiness of the Lynnwood Event Center for conferences, meetings, banquets, celebrations, community programs, and other events. This is a hands-on role that includes setting tables and chairs, moving event equipment, completing room flips, breaking down events, cleaning event and public spaces, and helping keep the facility safe, organized, and ready for guests. While much of this work happens behind the scenes, the condition and presentation of our spaces are an important part of the experience we provide to every client and guest. Ability to adjust to changing priorities and move between setup, breakdown, cleaning, and other facility needs throughout a shift. You’ll work with a team that supports each other, learn how a busy event venue comes together behind the scenes, and have the opportunity to be part of all kinds of events happening in our community.
