Event Setup Staff

The staff are responsible for executing the set up/breakdown of both public, private and internal events and maintaining clean and accurate event inventories and venue spaces. to meet the needs of the calendar of events. Required to immediately notify supervisor of any existing safety or event related concerns. Work with other Zoo departments to maintain the needs of event areas including working with horticulture to perform weeding, mulching, fertilizing, seeding, pruning etc. Must be available to work any of seven days of the week.Must be available to work special needs or events that may occur outside of regular work schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as required.
