The Event Space Rental Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination and promotion of our event space rentals. This includes presenting the space to prospective clients, managing rental inquiries and bookings, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations for events such as parties, meetings, and special gatherings. • Build relationships with local vendors, planners, and community groups to increase visibility. • Assist with creating basic promotional materials (e.g., flyers, signage) as needed. • Track usage, revenue, and client feedback.
