Event Specialist

Florida Event Décor is looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to help secure the success of special events for our clients.

This includes conferences, conventions, tradeshows, and other unique events. Responsibilities range from loading and unloading trucks, delivery, set-up and safe installation of various rental items. You must be able to think on your feet, use good judgement, take care of your team members, and provide outstanding customer service to our clients. Our company is growing and there is lots of room for growth and advancement, working full-time, with a potential for overtime. Additional Information

Minimum of a High School Diploma and or Equivalent
Must be minimum age of 21 years old
Must have a valid driver's license and pass an MVR check
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Related experience is preferred
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Must be very organized, detail-oriented and team success driven
Must be flexible and adaptable to constant fast-paced environment
Need to be flexible in work schedule and able to work on weekends if needed NOTE: periodic evening and weekend work is REQUIRED

Florida Event Décor is the premier special event company serving clients in Florida and throughout the U.S. We are a full-service décor, design and production company providing services for corporate events. We maintain a 20,000 square foot warehouse space containing rental props, lighting, furniture, and custom-built items used in creating special events.

8 hour shift

10 hour shift

12 hour shift

Evening shift

Extended hours

Weekends as needed
