Position Summary

As an Event Production Assistant, you will play a key role in bringing our clients’ events to life. You will help prepare décor in our warehouse, load and unload equipment, set up event installations, and assist with event breakdowns. Every event is different, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and seeing beautiful designs come together.

Responsibilities

Prepare décor and inventory for upcoming events.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Assist with event setup, including backdrops, pipe and drape, tables, linens, florals, signage, lighting, and décor installations.
Follow setup diagrams and directions from the Event Production Lead.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
Carefully pack and return inventory after events.
Inspect décor for damage and report any missing items.
Represent Timeless Decor professionally while working at venues and interacting with clients and vendors.
Follow all safety procedures while lifting, transporting, and installing equipment.

Qualifications

Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak event seasons.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Previous event, hospitality, warehouse, moving, or production experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
