Job Description Plan and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring all client requirements and expectations are met.Coordinate and manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs.Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and high-quality service delivery. Proven experience as an Event Specialist, Event Coordinator, or similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and teams.Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
