Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Specialist. The Event Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to event planning, marketing, and sales. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful event execution.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills3 Years minimum experience in event and conference planning for events > 200 attendeesStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesAdvanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerpointKnowledge of event management software or event registration software is a plusExperience with audiovisual equipment is a plusBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
