Description of Primary Responsibilities • Develop and implement an Employee and Corporate Event program(s) plan for the Network. • Acts as the lead at all Network employee recognition events and is responsible for participating in the events. • Responsible for the review of processes and evaluation of the effectiveness of a particular event. • Recommends improvements to employee and corporate events and sponsorship programs. Professional & Technical Knowledge: • Possesses work-related skills at a higher level than high school completion, including formal written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical, technical, or healthcare-related knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferred; and • Two years of event planning experience in a similar role with proven performance.
