Position Summary Work alongside event team members and event managers to properly execute the experiential assets at company events. Primary Responsibilities • Provide on-the-ground support during events including setup, attendee engagement, and post- event breakdown, ensuring all elements run smoothly and attendees have a positive experience. • Serve as a point of contact for vendors and partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication to secure necessary resources and support for events, contributing to successful collaborations and event outcomes. • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and implement engaging activities and experiences, to reflect the brand's vision, fostering positive consumer interactions, and memorable brand impressions.
