All aspects of the event managed will be needed from budgets to vendors to venues/AV to registration to marketing materials, etc. - Process required documentation and system entries/updates on all activities in a timely manner as required within guidelines (contracts, PO's, various Oracle systems, etc) - Assist in executing marketing activities within assigned budget allocations - Negotiate and manage contracts with hotels and various vendors. May be eligible for equity. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
