Company Description Role Description The Event Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to event planning, marketing, and sales. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful event execution. Qualifications • Customer Service and Communication skills • 3 Years minimum experience in event and conference planning for events > 200 attendees • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint • Knowledge of event management software or event registration software is a plus • Experience with audiovisual equipment is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
