The Events Specialist will assist with all internal and external events and act as an extra point of contact during all stages of the event process for organizations, groups, and individuals using the College’s facilities to host their activities and events. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Coordinate and respond to all event requests from customers, both internal and external, and provide availability of space. Assist with customer event requirements and reconfiguration of event room furniture. Assist with coordination of duties and tasks for OPS support staff. Ability to work outside normal business hours, including weekends
