About the Role As the Event Specialist, you will guide couples through their final planning stages, oversee vendor communication, and ensure the venue is prepared with intention and care. You will lead final walkthrough appointments, develop floorplans and event schedules, and serve as the primary on-site contact during wedding days. · Maintain organized and professional communication with couples and vendors · Minimum 2+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or the wedding industry · Standard schedule is Wednesday–Sunday, including closing the venue four times per month.
