Event Specialist

Depending on assignment, the Event Specialist may focus on internal corporate events, customer-facing programs, or external community and partner events. Communication & Administration • Manage shared inboxes and proactively assign ownership of communications • Draft, review, and distribute internal-facing agendas and event materials • Submit support tickets and requests related to event needs • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and assigned technologies effectively • Maintain confidentiality related to business and event information Team & Brand Support • Participate in pre-shift meetings and weekly service meetings • Support off-site events as assigned (trainings, outings, external programs) • Maintain organized team resources, storage areas, and digital tools • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and community partners • Uphold Five Star hospitality standards, brand identity, and service excellence Veterans and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
