We're looking for a detail-oriented Event Production Coordinator to join our team in Menlo Park, CA. In this role, you'll be instrumental in the planning and execution of our most important events, including public-facing streams, revenue-generating initiatives, and engagements with key stakeholders like Marketing, Executive Admins, and C-level executives. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event production or a similar role, ideally within a high-tech or fintech company.Proven ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of production.Strong organizational skills and an obsessive attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.A valid passport and the ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.Experience with financial tracking, including managing quotes, POs, and invoices.
