The Strike Lead plays a key leadership role in post-event operations, overseeing the efficient, safe, and timely teardown (strike) of event setups. This position ensures that all rental equipment is disassembled, packed, and returned to inventory with care, while leading and motivating a crew to maintain Southwest Event Rental’s standards for quality, safety, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities • Lead Strike Crews: Supervise and coordinate strike team members to complete teardown projects efficiently and safely. • Communicate Clearly: Serve as the primary on-site contact for the Operations Manager or Event Coordinator during strikes. • Team Development: Support, train, and motivate crew members to uphold company values and standards.
