Event Venue Manager

Role: The Bar Manager oversees beverage operations in a high-volume, dynamic venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, team development, inventory control, and revenue growth. Responsibilities Lead and develop team members using coaching models, recognize performance, and ensure safety and sanitation standards.Communicate client needs and operational progress effectively.Manage financial performance by maintaining P&L statements, achieving financial targets, and understanding performance metrics.Optimize productivity through efficient operations, cost controls, and staff training.Maintain compliance with safety, health, and legal policies.Supervise front-of-house food and beverage services, coordinating activities to deliver quality products. Qualifications & Skills At least 1 year of management experience and 1 year in a similar role.Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to build effective relationships and maintain effective working relationships across departments.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
