We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the events team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service to members and non-members. This position is fully onsite and offers flexible hours, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and prior administrative experience.Responsibilities:• Respond to inquiries from members and non-members regarding event planning and coordination.• Maintain and update inventory records, including beverage quantities and other relevant data.• Provide administrative support to event managers, including scheduling and coordination tasks.• Ensure timely and thorough communication with all stakeholders, addressing questions and concerns.• Assist in organizing and managing event-related documentation and processes.• Utilize event management software to track and update event details as needed.• Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations.• Handle general office duties, including answering calls and managing correspondence.• Support the onboarding of new team members by providing relevant administrative assistance.
