MAKE Projects is a unique social enterprise restaurant and urban farm located in San Diego, California. The establishment runs both an urban farm and a café where participants can engage in paid, real-world work. As the ECC, you will be entrusted with the vital responsibility of managing MAKE’s private dining reservations, group events, catering sales, and special community-driven events. Your responsibilities will include direct client communication for private event planning, managing contracts, deposits, and invoicing, and coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure that every event runs smoothly. High school diploma or equivalent 1-2+ years of relevant experience in events, catering, hospitality, or restaurant management preferred Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable and punctual Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic computer skills including use of email and scheduling software Valid ID and legal authorization to work in the United States OysterLink connects hospitality businesses with candidates.
