Events and Catering Packing Associate

We’re hiring a Warehouse Packing Crew Member to join the team that helps bring our events to life. What You’ll Be Doing • Pack and prepare event equipment, décor, and supplies based on packing lists and event timelines • Ensure all items are clean, complete, and ready for transport • Load and unload vehicles, regularly lifting up to 50 pounds • Restock returned items and maintain warehouse organization • Operate cargo vans and box trucks for deliveries and pickups (training provided) • Communicate with warehouse, operations, and event managers to meet event schedules • Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse upkeep • Work in a non-climate-controlled environment and adapt to last-minute changes • Support a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse that helps the entire team succeed • Be part of a cross-trained warehouse team by supporting laundry, dish, rental, and event departments during high-volume periods What We’re Looking For • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work • Physically capable of lifting and staying active throughout the day • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated • A team player who communicates clearly and steps up where needed • Experience in a warehouse, event, or catering environment is a plus • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required • Forklift certification is a bonus but not required At The JDK Group, we believe the details matter—and your work behind the scenes sets the tone for every event.
