Events and Development Coordinator - Lancaster

We are seeking an Events and Development Coordinator to take on the heavy lifting of event planning and execution while keeping our fundraising and donor support engines running smoothly. Working closely with our Executive Director, you’ll be a central pillar of the team, managing logistics that get people excited, while ensuring our donor database is meticulously kept up to date to sustain our growth. Partner with our Director of Communications to highlight fundraising milestones and donor impacts into our newsletter and socials. Experience or strong interest in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development. Excellent facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact with and foster positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
