The Events and Engagement Associate is responsible for the planning and execution of Villa of Hope’s signature fundraising events and brand awareness. Working collaboratively with the Agency Advancement team, you will ensure events are successful and well-promoted, contributing to overall fundraising efforts. This position, a pivotal part of the organization’s overall strategy, will be responsible for carrying out all responsibilities with fidelity and accountability to the Agency’s Mission, Vision, and Values in conjunction with the Sanctuary Commitments. • 1-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or nonprofit fundraising. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create compelling marketing materials and manage vendor and sponsor relationships.
