If you’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited to connect people with conservation, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Bring :Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business or related field and a minimum of 3 years related experience or equivalent combination.Experience overseeing staff, volunteers and/or project teams.Experienced in community relations or relationship building.Experience facilitating hybrid and virtual meetings using videoconferencing platforms, webinar tools, and related event technology.Experience in event planning and management.Demonstrated public speaking experience.Experience working with large databases, such as a CRM to enter and pull data.Experience using third-party email marketing system, such as Mail Chimp, to create branded emails and newsletters.Possession of a valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record in accordance with TNC standards.Desired Qualifications:Multi-cultural experience and/or multi-lingual skills appreciated.Experience in AI to enhance event planning.Strong writing skills and experience creating visually engaging communications materials.Experience serving as a “brand ambassador” or Community Engagement Specialist for a company or organization.Ability to craft promotional copy for social media and other digital communications channels.Demonstrated experience creating events for a variety of audience from concept to execution.Experienced in developing, implementing, and measuring strategic outreach plans and programs.Knowledge of current and evolving trends in event management, volunteer engagement, conservation and public relations.Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.Volunteer management and training experience.This position requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with TNC’s Auto Safety Program. Employees may not drive Conservancy-owned/leased vehicles, rental cars, or personal vehicles on behalf of the Conservancy if considered "high risk drivers." Employment in this position will be contingent upon completion of a Vehicle Use Agreement, which may include a review of the prospective employee's motor vehicle record.Salary Information:The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $65,680 - $69,785. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
