Events and Groups Coordinator

In addition to its captivating experiences, Illuminarium serves as a premier event destination, hosting unique events such as live sports programming and an immersive nighttime bar, as well as customizable private events tailored to our clients' specific needs. This role is responsible for supporting the Events and Groups Manager in both administrative and onsite tasks to ensure a seamless experience for all guests and clients. • Occasional work outdoors may be required. • Ability to deliver gracious hospitality, excellent customer service and work with a variety of personalities • Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time • Must be able to move quickly through work and set the pace in the office • Must be able to push and lift up to 25 lbs While this is intended to be an accurate reflection of the current job, management reserves the right to revise the current job or to require that other or different tasks be performed when circumstances change, (e.g. emergencies, changes in personnel, workload, rush jobs or technical developments).
