Events and Hospitality Coordinator - Law Firm

Success in this position comes from strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a high volume of moving parts across multiple departments simultaneously. Beyond execution, the Events & Hospitality Coordinator supports and helps maintain the firm’s internal hospitality processes. The role includes coordinating the planning and execution of a wide range of firm events, including client receptions and educational events, officewide luncheons, employee recognition programs, annual offsite attorney retreats, recruiting events, and catered functions of all kinds. • Partner with the Marketing & Business Development Department on client-facing social and educational events; partner with the Human Resources Department on Employee Appreciation Week, associate relations, and recruiting events. Preferred Qualifications • 1–2 years of experience in corporate hospitality, law firm or professional services operations, private club coordination, or boutique hotel services.
