We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Events and Hospitality to lead our events and hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on event management and sales. The Director of Events and Hospitality will oversee all facets of hospitality and events, including the restaurant, bar, tasting room, private events, and trade events. They will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing to develop homeplace strategies and collaborate with a team of two, including the Manager of Hospitality and the Kitchen Manager. • Own food and catering experience for the event client.
