Events and Marketing Coordinator

A company is looking for an Events & Marketing Coordinator to drive attendance and build brand visibility through event execution and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote events and maximize attendance Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, including venue selection and vendor management Support post-event lead management and contribute to integrated marketing campaigns Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in event coordination and marketing Proven success in executing end-to-end event logistics and promotional campaigns Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar tools Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp and design software like Canva or Adobe Availability for in-person events in the NYC area
