Events and Marketing Manager

This person will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing a variety of events and marketing initiatives to support the fundraising goals of the Urban League. This position will work closely with the Director of Development to enhance the organization's visibility, engage the community, and increase donor support. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for building strong donor relationships, as well as a deep commitment to equity and social justice. Event Planning and Management: • Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events, community outreach events, and special events. • Develop and implement strategies to engage the Black community in the Urban League's programs and events.
