The Events and Member Services Manager for the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce is a key role responsible for the planning, management, and execution of all Chamber events. The Events and Member Services Manager will work closely with the Chamber team to drive both event success and member retention, fostering strong relationships with sponsors and members alike. · Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience with the Chamber. · Work closely with the membership team to implement initiatives aimed at retaining at-risk members and enhancing the overall member experience. · 1-3 years of experience in event planning, sponsorship sales, and/or membership management, preferably in a non-profit or member-driven organization.
