This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on bringing a unique and transformative apartment living experience inspired by faith and service. We are currently seeking dedicated and mission-minded Events and Ministry Coordinators who share a passion for connecting people and enhancing community life through well-planned social activities and genuine caring. Coordinators also engage in personal outreach, including visiting new residents shortly after they move in, and supporting staff and volunteers to maximize the impact of their outreach efforts. Must be 18 years of age or older Be legally eligible to work in the United States Have basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements for the community and required reports for the property management company Possess a current driver's license and liability insurance, and access to a form of reliable transportation to complete coordinator duties such as shopping for events and connecting with vendors Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds Have the availability to commit weekly hours to perform job responsibilities, mainly in the evenings and weekends when most residents are home Be able to make the minimum term commitment to serving in the apartment community OysterLink helps hospitality teams hire in one place.
