Reports to: Executive Director, Leadership Tomorrow • **Leadership Tomorrow is a flexible workspace. To deliver on our mission, we organize dozens of events each year, including program days for our leadership journeys, recruitment events for prospective candidates, and alumni events to connect and support our alumni community. The role is ideal for someone who has excellent project management skills, strong people skills, commitment to antiracist values and practices, and an interest in engaging with a wide swath of community leaders. Reporting to the Executive Director, this individual is responsible for overseeing the delivery of LT Project LEAD (a one-month program) and multiple LT events and gatherings. • Secure and coordinate sponsorships in partnership with LT team.
