All Classical Radio seeks a dynamic, results-oriented Events and Venue Manager to oversee studio/hall rentals, venue use, and station events. The Manager will deliver on agreements with renters and partners; will manage a roster of relevant contractors including audio engineers, videographers, and house/venue management assistants; and will serve as the primary liaison for renters, partners, and vendors to facilitate all events and venue/studio usage. Required Qualifications: College degree, minimum two (2) years of customer service, and work experience in management or event planningExperience with Perfect Venue or similar event management CRM/softwareExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud Tools, Canva, or similarBackground in music and music recording is a plusInterest in and commitment to the core values of public service media Knowledge, love of, and excitement for classical music and the artsDemonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively under deadline pressureProven business acumen and intellectual curiosity, creativity, reliability, and rigorPhysical requirements: The employee is frequently required to stand and reach with hands and arms.
