This role will work directly with the events team to ensure that all events are executed to the requisite Quince & Co standards and that the restaurants private dining departments operate in accordance with their established budgetary goals. • BEOs: Prepare materials for all weekly BEO meetings • Daily weather review – report when necessary • Responsible for updating Event Marketing Materials & Dining Room Menus • Prints all menus, cocktail cards, signage & place cards for ALL Events with the support from the Events Manager • Updates BEO with event information • Reviews schedules to ensure staffing accuracy • Assists with completing tally and dietary sheets, and updating as necessary • Assists with Floorplans as necessary
